5. Shipping & Delivery

We proudly ship worldwide from Richmond, British Columbia, Canada.

International Shipping:
Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Some countries may charge customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs, local postal services, or unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking numbers will be provided when available.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because Pur Bubbly tablets are a food-contact product, we cannot accept returns once shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact hello@purbubbly.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will replace or refund the affected item at our discretion.
